POSITION SUMMARY : TXM Customer Service Representative will be primarily responsible for interpreting the customer's concerns so the Service Technicians can perform the necessary repairs and then relays the resulting work done to the customer in understandable terms. The TXM Service Advisor will ensure the highest level of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction and assist the customer in scheduling routine maintenance.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES :
- Greet customers upon arrival in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner at their vehicle.
- Acknowledge customers who are waiting. Utilize porter if necessary.
- Prepare for scheduled customers i.e. : vehicle history, what the appointment is scheduled for, etc.
- Check the vehicle repair history.
- Perform walk around and inspect all vehicles for potential body, glass and paintless dent repairs.
- Communicate with service customers to determine the nature of scheduled maintenance.
- Advise customers of recommended maintenance needed based on time and mileage
- Develop repair orders by fully documenting customer information and vehicle maintenance, and mileage.
- All service needs shall be identified at the vehicle, accurately recorded on the repair order and verified with the customer to facilitate the maintenance of all items on each visit.
- Give customer time of repair completion and obtain customer's signature on ALL repair orders
- Keep customers updated on status changes (cost, time or additional recommendations, reviewing MPI on ¼ time.)
- Communicate with TXM Technicians and dispatch regarding customer and company vehicle repairs to service our customers efficiently and effectively.
- Set up claims for customer's service contracts.
- Review final invoice with customer during active delivery. Ensure that all documents are accounted for and that all repair orders are closed within a thirty (30) day work period.
- Discuss surveys with every customer and offer to schedule next service appointments.
- Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index rating in accordance with department standards.

Education and Experience :
This is hourly PLUS commission pay. $40,000-$65000 / year average
Salary Description
19 / hr commission, $40,000-65,000 / annually
