- Conduct floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, to maintain pristine surfaces.
- Manage housekeeping supplies and equipment, ensuring they are stocked and in good working condition.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow established protocols for cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
- Provide exceptional hospitality by addressing guest requests or concerns with professionalism.
- Assist with laundry services as needed, ensuring linens are clean and well-presented.
- Collaborate with housekeeping management to uphold standards of cleanliness throughout the facility.
Experience
- Previous experience in industrial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment is advantageous.
- Experience in hospitality or hotel environments is a plus, demonstrating an understanding of guest expectations.
