Rest Haven Healthcare is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as an Assistant Director of Nursing and provide high quality care to our residents. The ADON will help the DON to access resident's health needs, help with scheduling and maintaining nursing staff , and provide on going support and monitoring to insure that residents receive the best possible care. The successful candidate needs to have excellent communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with other staff and healthcare professionals.
