Rest Haven Health Care is under new management and is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses and Registered Nurses who desire to assist our residents in achieving the best quality of life possible. At Fairview our job, regardless of title, is to love and care for our incredible residents. Currently we have one day shift position available and one night shift position available.

Duties Include (but are not limited to)

· Provide Daily Care to the residents

· Assist with dinning needs

· Respond to call lights

· Chart / Document resident cares

· Engage / Converse / Have Fun with residents
