Software Integration Engineer

We are looking for an experienced and strategic-minded Software Integration Engineer to spearhead the development of an integrated software solution. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in software architecture, system integration, and leadership in AI-driven projects. Being able to leverage your expertise in software development and integration processes to enhance our product offerings and improve overall system performance. They will be responsible for assessing current software, managing a development team, and leading the project from inception to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing software systems and recommend optimization strategies for seamless integration.
• Develop a comprehensive software development roadmap.
• Conduct thorough testing of integration solutions to ensure reliability and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software integrations.
• Maintain documentation of integration processes and system configurations.
• Oversee the selection and onboarding of software engineers, data scientists, and other team members.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and refine the project scope.
• Ensure the software solution aligns with industry best practices and user-friendly standards.
• Integrate machine learning and AI capabilities for predictive analysis and automation.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and project milestones.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in software development and integration.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a CTO, Technical Project Manager, Software Architect or similar leadership role.
• Expertise in construction technology or ERP systems is highly desirable*
• Strong knowledge of AI and machine learning implementation*
• Exceptional problem-solving and team management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
