Floor Manager

Floor Manager Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Floor Manager to join our team in the hospitality industry. As a Floor Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our establishment, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of efficiency. Duties: - Supervise and coordinate all activities on the restaurant floor - Manage and lead a team of staff members, including servers, bartenders, and hosts/hostesses - Ensure smooth service delivery and resolve any customer issues or complaints promptly - Oversee inventory control and ordering to maintain adequate stock levels - Implement and enforce restaurant policies and procedures to uphold quality standards - Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations - Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service timing and quality - Handle shift management duties, including opening and closing procedures Experience: - Proven experience in banquet or restaurant management is required - Strong background in the food industry with knowledge of quick service fast food operations - Proficiency in inventory control and familiarity with POS systems - Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team with excellent leadership skills - Experience in cookery or food service is advantageous - Demonstrated ability in managing shifts effectively to optimize performance If you are a dynamic leader with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and have the required experience in restaurant management, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
