Job Summary
Working as the Assistant General Manager for a premier corporate dining account, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest quality of daily operations in accordance R/A brand standards and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws
- Manage a team- interview, hire, train and coach employees
- Participate in employee meetings and training programs
- Maintain account financials- Prepare and monitor budgets, flash reports, financial targets and forecasts
- Perform related duties and special projects as assigned
- Minimum of three years of upscale food service experience
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills, flexible and adaptable to constant changes and must possess attention to detail
- Effective problem solving and conflict management skills
- Must be knowledgeable on HACCP controls along with proper storage and use of food
- Review work procedures and operational problems in order to determine ways to improve service, performance, and/or safety.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Exceptional business etiquette and client relations
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- ServSafe or Department of Health certification a plus
