Job Summary

Working as the Director of Dining Services, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a corporate dining account. You will manage and lead a team of manager, supervisors and hourly associates. Managing client relationships and ensuring operational excellence will be the priorities of this role.

Key Responsibilities :

• Maintain excellent relationships with customers, guests and client as well as other departments
• Work with the Chef and management team in creating menus and providing top quality food
• Oversee all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account
• Roll out new culinary programs in conjunction with Eurest marketing and culinary team
