In this position, you'll be responsible for ensuring seamless service, upholding the highest standards, and leading all aspects of the front-of-house (FOH) team. From inspiring and guiding your staff to curating memorable guest experiences, you'll be at the heart of delivering extraordinary dining moments.
Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and inspire a premier FOH team to deliver fine dining at its best.
- Assist in overseeing scheduling, payroll, and administrative duties while keeping costs and inventory in check.
- Lead meetings & trainings to keep the team aligned and prepared for exceptional service.
- Assist in handling the reservation systems and daily seating arrangements to meet business demands.
- Ensure sparkling cleanliness, impeccable service, and a welcoming atmosphere in the dining room and cleanliness of wine/liquor storerooms, hallways that store items related to your areas of focus
- Handle guest concerns with professionalism and poise, turning challenges into positive experiences.
- Assist in managing inventory controls
- Managing staff and manager responsibilities for closing shifts
- Wine book management and production
- 2-3 years of upscale dining experience, with at least one year in a leadership role.
- Level 1 Sommelier or similar wine training preferred
- Expertise in current food and industry trends, and fine dining service techniques.
- A talent for training, coaching, and developing your team to excellence.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to stay calm under pressure, and a passion for delivering guest satisfaction.
- Proficiency in POS systems, Microsoft Office, and reservation platforms.
