Core Responsibilities
The Senior Manager for Corporate Communications is responsible for developing the strategic communication plan for Restaurants Brand International and managing all related corporate communication functions - inside and outside the company.
Engages stakeholders by telling the RBI story of our growth potential, our unique business model and our iconic brands.
- Builds innovative and creative thought leadership and communications approaches that tells the RBI story to key audiences including shareholders, stakeholders and future employees
- Works directly with C-suite leaders to engage key audiences including drafting speaking and media relations materials
- Participates in strategy development within the communications and public affairs team and across all brands
- Monitors issues, emerging trends and themes in the QSR industry, broader corporate sector and within the company, and develops communications plans or counsels on how to manage these developments
- Develops and implements proactive strategic communications plans to address business issues or threats
- Works in support of RBI's corporate initiatives and events providing advice to the CEO, Leadership Team, Investor Relations team and other relevant staff.
Works closely with our people team to bring our culture to life in everything we do. Helps promote our employer brand and employee value proposition.
