Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with People Business Partners and Hiring Managers to assess and address staffing needs.
- Develop and maintain a diverse pipeline of qualified candidates through innovative sourcing techniques across multiple channels.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job intake to offer acceptance and onboarding.
- Drive internal mobility initiatives and employee referral programs.
- Participate in recruitment events and functions to build talent pipelines and brand visibility.
- Lead or contribute to global continuous improvement projects focused on enhancing the recruitment process.
- Quantitative: Proficient in tracking and measuring recruitment metrics using Excel and ATS systems.
- Analytical: Leverage data to refine recruitment strategies and ensure data-driven decision-making.
- Conceptual: Develop clear and actionable sourcing strategies tailored to staffing needs.
- Communication: Exhibit strong interpersonal skills to engage with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders effectively.
- Collaboration: Build strong partnerships with hiring leaders and People Business Partners.
- Influence & Negotiation: Guide hiring decisions and negotiate offers with candidates.
- Work Management: Manage multiple openings simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and solve problems proactively.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about talent market trends for both technical and business roles.
- Willingness to work in the Miami Headquarters Monday through Thursday, with remote work on Fridays.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3-5 years of corporate or agency recruiting experience, ideally a mix of both.
- Experience sourcing, engaging, and recruiting passive candidates.
- Proven expertise in full lifecycle recruitment, including extending offers.
- Strong customer-service orientation with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and candidates.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms, preferably Workday Recruiting.
