We are looking for a Data Engineer I to join our team and help build robust data pipelines, data warehouses, and data lake solutions. This role will work closely with data scientists and analysts to ensure data accuracy, optimize storage, and maintain data systems. The ideal candidate has experience with AWS, data warehousing, Python, and workflow orchestration tools such as Airflow or Dagster.

This role will work closely with data scientists and analysts to ensure data accuracy, optimize storage, and maintain data systems. The ideal candidate has experience with AWS, data warehousing, Python, and workflow orchestration tools such as Airflow or Dagster.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain efficient data pipelines and ETL processes.
- Develop and maintain data warehouse and data lake solutions.
- Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Optimize data storage and retrieval for both performance and cost efficiency.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines and data systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience in software engineering.
- 1-2 years of experience in data engineering.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Experience with AWS, with the ability to design and architect AWS Infrastructure as Code using tools like Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, CDK, or Serverless Framework.
- Familiarity with AWS technologies, including S3, KMS, Glue/EMR, SNS, SQS, and Athena.
- Experience with data warehousing solutions like Snowflake and/or Redshift.
- Familiarity with workflow orchestration tools like Airflow and/or Dagster.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
