We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Analytics Manager to lead our efforts in analyzing our overall digital business, mobile ordering channels (including 3rd Party Delivery), and customer loyalty. This position focuses on driving actionable insights to support aggressive digital growth, loyalty program optimization, and profitability. The individual will work on understanding customer behaviors, improving digital data infrastructure, and identifying opportunities to enhance guest retention and lifetime value through data-driven strategies.

Role & Responsibilities
- Digital and Loyalty Program Optimization
- Analyze digital profitability, identifying key opportunities to reduce churn and optimize customer lifetime value.
- Evaluate the performance of promotions, offers, and loyalty program initiatives, including revenue attribution, redemption rates, and guest incrementality.
- Provide insights into guest behaviors, such as patterns in third-party digital ordering and loyalty program engagement, to inform retention strategies.
- Support digital ordering analytics, with a focus on third-party delivery performance and revenue contribution.
- Data Infrastructure and Strategic Reporting
- Oversee the development and maintenance of a unified data warehouse to ensure accuracy, timely reporting, and a single source of truth.
- Design and manage dashboards to provide clear visibility into digital, loyalty, and third-party ordering performance metrics.
- Deliver recurring reports, such as weekly sales slides and monthly preview decks, to inform leadership on key trends and opportunities.
- Guest Retention and Targeted Insights
- Leverage CC token and 1st-party data to identify and address guest drop-off patterns, particularly after LTOs, promotions, or key campaigns (e.g., RUTW).
- Conduct deep-dive analyses of loyalty program challenges, such as incrementality, cohort behaviors, and guest retention strategies.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to execute experiments and provide insights for driving guest engagement, retention, and loyalty program growth.
- 5 years of experience in digital analytics, delivery channel performance analysis, loyalty program management, or related fields.
- Proven track record in analyzing and improving customer loyalty programs and delivery channels.
- Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and CRM systems.
- Preferred experience in retail, e-commerce, logistics, or similar customer-focused industries.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on actionable insights.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and/or programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, or R).
- Deep understanding of digital marketing, delivery channel performance metrics, and customer experience optimization.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations.
- Leadership skills with the ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams.
- Preferred familiarity with machine learning and predictive modeling techniques.
