Key Responsibilities :
- Identify local market trends, guest insights, and performance data to propose targeted marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the Sr. Manager and cross-functional teams to develop and execute local marketing plans that drive growth and align with broader business objectives.
- Assist in the roll-out of NRO marketing plans, ensuring that local activations are on-brand, on-time, and effectively executed.
- Work with external agencies, internal teams and franchisees to identify, negotiate and execute partnerships that drive traffic, sales, and customer engagement.
- Track the performance of local marketing initiatives, gathering data and insights to optimize future campaigns.
- Support the monitoring and management of local marketing budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Assist in creating and refining processes for engaging franchisees and stakeholders in local marketing efforts.
