- Foster a culture of excellence in guest service, empowering team members to deliver accurate, friendly, and fast service in a clean facility.
- Solve guest feedback systems, determining root causes and developing action plans to address issues.
- Lead recruitment and selection processes, onboarding new team members and inspiring existing staff through recognition programs.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of restaurant management experience.
- Strong understanding of P&L management and drivers of restaurant profitability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
