Each brand benefits from the global scale and shared best practices that come from ownership by Restaurant Brands International Inc.Job Summary : The Sr. Analyst, Local Marketing Execution will identify opportunities to drive localized growth across the West region of the US, propose actionable marketing strategies, and support the execution of those strategies. Working closely with the Sr. Manager of Local Marketing Execution, the role involves identifying key local market insights, and executing plans to drive sales, traffic, and engagement. This position is focused on supporting the execution of New Restaurant Openings (NROs), Sales Partnerships, and broader local growth initiatives in collaboration with internal teams, franchisees, and field teams.Roles & Responsibilities : Identify local market trends, guest insights, and performance data to propose targeted marketing strategies.Collaborate with the Local Marketing Execution team and cross-functional teams to develop and execute local marketing plans that drive growth and align with broader business objectives.Assist in the roll-out of NRO marketing plans, ensuring that local activations are on-brand, on-time, and effectively executed.Work with external agencies, internal teams and franchisees to identify, negotiate and execute partnerships that drive traffic, sales, and customer engagement.Track the performance of local marketing initiatives, gathering data and insights to optimize future campaigns.Support the monitoring and management of local marketing budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.Assist in creating and refining processes for engaging franchisees and stakeholders in local marketing efforts.Skills & Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field1-2 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on local marketing or field execution in the QSR or retail industry.Advanced in Microsoft Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)Experience in campaign execution, data analysis, or franchise support is a plus.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Detail-oriented with a focus on executional excellence.Comfortable working with franchisees and cross-functional stakeholders.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.#popeyesBenefits at all of our global offices are focused on physical, mental and financial wellness.
