Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the People Business Partner team to build strong business relationships with leaders and proactively identify talent gaps, proposing effective solutions.
- Facilitate core HR initiatives, including Talent Assessments and Calibration, Salary Review, Succession Planning, Target Setting, and Engagement Action Planning.
- Develop communication plans to support change management and people initiatives.
- Collaborate with Finance and People Compensation teams to build and maintain headcount budgets for assigned client groups.
- Leverage data and analytics to generate insights and performance metrics.
- Manage monthly headcount forecasts for assigned client groups.
- Oversee end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Execute people-related changes in Workday for assigned client groups.
- Maintain regular HR reporting dashboards and provide ad-hoc reports as needed.
- Facilitate employee moves and manage relocation processes where applicable.
- Provide guidance on local employment and labor laws as needed.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for open positions within assigned client groups.
- Address employee relations matters, offering guidance and support to employees and leaders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a multi-stakeholder environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Experience with Workday is preferred.
- Knowledge of HR fundamentals, including employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, basic employment and labor laws, and people budgeting.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and maturity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to propose solutions and implement recommendations.
