Sr. Analyst

The Senior Analyst, Franchising & Business Development will be responsible for supporting franchise growth and strengthening relationships with franchisees through strategic planning, diligent market analysis, and financial oversight. This role requires a keen focus on the development and execution of long-term franchise strategies, rigorous operational and financial vetting, and effective cross-functional collaboration to drive sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage long term process of enticing and introducing new high caliber restaurant operators to the Popeyes system.
• Foster strong relationships with existing franchising partners to effectively accomplish mutual goals of improved operations and increase restaurant development.
• Persuasively communicate the brands image and long term strategies to entice potential new partners.
• Evaluate the viability of business plans by reviewing financial diligence, forecasting and modeling restaurant performance, and drawing proper conclusions based on the findings.
• Conduct rigorous interviews of potential new partners and validating data to properly evaluate new partners' restaurant experience.
• Communicating situational updates on new and existing franchising partners and strategizing to address operational and business concerns efficiently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in franchising, business development, or financial analysis within the QSR industry
• Self-starter with ability to manage multiple high priority tasks
• Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling and market analysis
• Strong negotiation skills and an ability to understand and handle complex agreements
