The RBI Global FP&A team is the hub for financial planning & analysis at RBI. Reporting to the Sr. Director, FP&A, this role manages all systems for financial reporting and is the main liaison within the FP&A team between business users and technical teams. The candidate is responsible for leading and executing large-scale finance transformation initiatives, ensuring the finance function operates efficiently, leverages best-in-class processes, and aligns with the organization’s strategic objectives. The candidate will act as the point of contact for all OneStream related inquiries, providing support, training and guidance to users across various departments.

Role & Responsibilities
- Act as liaison between business users and technical teams, conveying requirements and ensuring alignment between business processes and system capabilities.
- Lead end to end forecasting approach to RBI’s business as it continues to evolve with time. Responsible for conceptual design, overseeing development, testing and deployment of new solutions.
- Lead execution of Special Projects impacting Finance Organization across RBI.
- Champion automation and digital solutions (e.g., RPA, AI-driven analytics) to streamline workflows and reduce manual tasks.
- Lead day-to-day of FP&A integration efforts as we acquire new brands and businesses.
- Lead design, structuring, and execution of integration plan for FP&A workstreams.
- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to understand business requirements and translate them into OneStream configurations and solutions.
- Customize and optimize financial applications to meet the evolving needs of the organization including building new cubes, dimensions, and dashboards.
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for transformation projects (e.g., cost savings, process cycle-time reductions, error rate improvements).
- Indirect management of OneStream Support Team by setting priorities, delegating and supervising work and ensuring financial systems run smoothly to support the business teams.
- Prepares ad hoc projects or analysis requested by CEO and CFO, synthesizing information from across many different teams and business units to form a complete view of an issue.
- Masters RBI’s financial technology platforms and continuously finds ways to make existing processes, analyses and functions more intelligent and efficient, including the implementation of automation.
- Participate in cross-functional projects involving the integration of OneStream with other enterprise systems such as ERP and BI platforms.
- Collaborate with IT teams and external vendors to ensure the smooth operation and integration of OneStream with other systems.
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate users on OneStream functionalities, best practices and updates.
- Fosters relationships across business units to stay up to date on recent performance trends, risks, opportunities and other updates, with the expectation of providing updates to the senior management team on a regular basis.
- As a leader within the FP&A group, trains and mentors both direct reports and rising talent across the broader team to foster a collaborative environment and help the organization achieve long-term success.
- Bachelor’s degree in the fields of Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, Accounting, or related field
- 6 years of relevant professional experience
- Skilled in organization, problem solving and decisions making. Skilled in sharing information with others and facilitating the open exchange of ideas and information
- Proven experience in OneStream, and other financial reporting applications and experience in finance transformation roles
- Proven track record leading large-scale change initiatives within finance or accounting
- Advanced financial modeling experience
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with a keen attention to detail
- Familiarity and experience with SAP is a plus
- Desire to develop and learn

- Experience with large complex data structures
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including experience with financial modeling and power query. Proficiency in data analysis tools and BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
- Project management experience and capable of influencing multiple stakeholders with different priorities
- Ability to move in a fast paced and constantly changing environment
