We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems, including troubleshooting and interpreting schematics.
- Conduct inspections of facilities to identify issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders and maintenance schedules.
- Maintain and repair mechanical systems, including logic controllers, HVAC units, plumbing, and other essential equipment.
- Lead small teams or projects as needed, demonstrating strong leadership skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
- Fabricate components or structures as required for repairs or enhancements to facilities.
- Execute residential painting tasks to maintain the aesthetic quality of the properties.
Skills
- Proficient in electrical systems and schematics interpretation.
- Strong mechanical knowledge
- Experience in residential painting techniques and applications is a plus.
