Restaurant General Managers are responsible for:
- Leading a team of managers and crew members in all facets of successful restaurant operations, encompassing People, Profitability, and Operations
- Providing high-level leadership to the restaurant and its employees
- Setting an example by ensuring efficient and courteous customer transactions in a welcoming environment
- Collaborating with the District Manager to ensure Burger King and Tria company policies and procedures are followed consistently with company standards and applicable laws
- Performing human resource functions, including staffing, training, creating work schedules, and supervising all employees, while adhering to company HR policies and relevant laws
- Interacting professionally with vendors and addressing customer complaints promptly and politely

Requirements:
We seek individuals with a strong desire to succeed and grow within the company, preferably with at least 2 years of fast-food restaurant management experience leading a unit, 5 years of restaurant experience, and a hunger to advance their career to the next level
- ServSafe Food Safety Certification preferred
- Licenses and certifications necessary for employment in the United States
- Possession of a state-issued driver's license
- Must pass a background check
