Join Restaurant GOMA, a Japanese fusion concept by Chef Dante Boccuzzi, located at the corner of E. 4th and Prospect in downtown Cleveland. As a Server Assistant, you will play a crucial role in assisting servers and bartenders with their service, from serving water and delivering beverages or food to clearing plates and resetting tables. No experience is necessary, but we are looking for problem-solvers and team players who can multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Assist servers and bartenders during service
- Serve water and deliver beverages or food
- Clear plates and reset tables
- Polish silverware and glasses
- Restock items for service
- Perform general cleaning duties

Goma is Japanese fusion concept; Chef Dante Boccuzzi’s most recent project. We're located at the corner of E. 4th and Prospect in downtown Cleveland. The menu draws upon Boccuzzi’s worldwide award winning culinary career, which includes serving as the executive chef at Nobu in Milan, where he worked directly with Nobu Matsuhisa and Giorgio Armani at the flagship establishment.
