We’re seeking an Executive & Project Assistant to support the Owner (and executive team) of a well-known restaurant group behind multiple awarded and respected restaurant brands across New York and Connecticut.
This role extends beyond traditional executive administrative support—you’ll be a vital part of ensuring our properties remain beautiful and seasonally refreshed. You’ll take the lead in organizing and sourcing materials for restaurant design, renovation, and hospitality projects, helping everything move forward efficiently and with style.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Owner (and executive team), including scheduling, communication, and coordination.
- Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize documents for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and reports.
- Managing, tracking, and following through on all ordering related to restaurant design, seasonal and renovation projects. Project Management Skills are a Must!
- Support hospitality project recommendations as well as timelines across departments including design, facilities, and marketing.
- Oversee and follow up on multiple projects to ensure timely completion and execution.
- Place and manage orders for design materials, furnishings, and other project or seasonal related elements.
- Collaborate across teams with professionalism and discretion to keep projects organized and on schedule.
- Travel as needed to various restaurant locations across Long Island (minimally Connecticut ) to support on-site project execution.
What We’re Looking For:
- Exceptionally organized and proactive with strong multitasking and follow-through skills.
- Tech-savvy and experienced with project management tools, scheduling software, and Mac computers.
- Professional and polished in executive-level communication and correspondence.
- A natural eye for design—interior or construction design experience is a major plus!
- Able to drive and has reliable transportation for travel to restaurant locations as needed (required).
- Hospitality or restaurant industry experience is a strong advantage, but not required.
