Salary : $50,000 - $55,000 per year

Key Responsibilities :

• Operational Leadership : Supervise and coordinate all daily operations, ensuring a seamless experience from kitchen to front-of-house.
• Team Management : Recruit, train, and schedule staff to foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Customer Experience : Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring consistent service quality and addressing guest feedback professionally.
• Inventory Oversight : Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receipts, and minimizing waste.
