POSITION SUMMARY:
Oversee a Division/ Market of multiple restaurants ensuring that management teams are leading with our core values, thus creating a positive work environment and thereby driving relentless execution by meeting all food quality, service standards, and Store Operation Cash Flow (SOCF) for their respective Division/ Market.

Experience/Training:
Oversee a Division/ Market of multiple restaurants ensuring that management teams are leading with our core values, thus creating a positive work environment and thereby driving relentless execution by meeting all food quality, service standards, and Store Operation Cash Flow (SOCF) for their respective Division/ Market.
Achieve the following company-targeted KPIs for Division/ Market and Company to maximize SOCF:
- Revenue, Labor, Cost of Goods, Controllable Expenses, and Turnover
- Advises and partners with General Manager(s) (“GMs”) to ensure restaurant goals and objectives are set and on track.
- Is relentless in the pursuit of purpose in fulfilling the Company goals and objectives.
- Partners with Human Resources to recruit and hire management for their division and company.
- Coaches and directs GMs in the personnel process for Managers in Training (“MITs”).
- Coaches and directs GMs in the development, coaching, and discipline of the Managers they supervise.
- Produces and maintains an effective succession plan for all levels.
- Coaches and directs GMs in the selection and development of Future Leaders, as well as internal management candidates.
- Performs required Inventory Audits, Food Safety, and High-Risk Inspections including follow up.
- Maintains a constant running dialogue with their direct supervisor regarding Ops and staff.
- Ensures the GMs perform Quarterly Check-In discussions and updates Performance Rating for each of their Managers.
- Ensures that their restaurants are achieving purpose and following all company standards and policies.
- Ensures compliance with all state and federal laws including, but not limited to wage and hour regulations.
- Ensures progressive discipline procedures are followed and that employee relations issues are responded to and handled consistent with company policy.
- Ensures all facilities are properly maintained and at the highest level for all guests.
- Analyzes operating results and prepares action plans with GMs.
- Develops and meets budgets with GMs and DOE or Sr. DOE.
- Supports, enforces and follows through on all Communications/ Memos/ Company initiatives.
- Responsible for ensuring that all Managers are current in all required certifications.
- Understands and utilizes the CrunchTime/ Teamworx/ Labor Card, KDS, and to achieve high guest satisfaction and labor costs.
- For both developmental and executional reasons, will be required to take on participatory or leadership roles in special projects/ initiatives.

College Degree And/ Or Business Experience Equivalency Required.

Experience/Training:

- Management: ability to organize, follow through with commitments and deadlines, and multi-task.
- Planning: ability to execute short-term initiatives and to think/ plan ahead for over a 6-12 month period.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to interact positively and professionally with people at all levels, both internally and externally.
- Excellent knowledge of financial information and a thorough understanding of the P&L and all Dashboard Reports.
- Problem analysis and resolution skills using all available Key Performance Metrics.
- Ability to recruit, develop and retain strong Management Teams.
- Must be able to use Microsoft Outlook and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- All industry required State and Federal certifications (RSOA/ ServSafe/ etc.) prior to completion of training.
Salary : $120,000 - $125,000
