The Assistant Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of our restaurant, including the selection, development and performance management of employees. In addition, they oversee the inventory and ordering of food and supplies, optimize profits and ensure that guests are satisfied with their dining experience. The Assistant Manager oversees and manages all areas of the restaurant and makes final decisions on matters of importance to guest service.

Requirements :
- Customer service focused and oriented
- Must be able to work an average of 50 hours per week
- A motivational leader who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and leads by example.
- Motivating both FOH and BOH to build great team work
- Must maintain high standards in restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality and guest satisfaction
- Skillful planner with knowledge of basic business fundamentals
- Constant focus on labor cost, food cost and supply cost.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to resolve conflicts
- Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships and leading others
- Infectious, positive attitude that inspires others
- Must show initiative and possess the skills to self-manage
