Description
The Bartender at Calypso Cay is responsible for mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to patrons of the bar, following specified drink recipes, and promote food sales while providing guests with courteous, friendly, and efficient service that meets or exceeds guest expectations.

Bartender Responsibilities:
- Greets guests in a courteous and respectable way
- Takes verbal drink and meal orders according to guest preference
- Mixing, garnishing, and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to company specifications for guests at the bar and in the restaurant
- Keeping the bar stocked and clean while always providing friendly and attentive service
- Maintains sufficient knowledge of the menu to execute suggestive selling with all guests
- Reports to work in the clean and proper uniform
Requirements
Bartender Qualifications:
- Prior bar experience is preferred
- Must be the minimum age to serve alcohol
- Great attitude and personality
- Ability to put the guests' needs before your own
- Able to move quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
