Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Operate grill station, including setting up and maintaining grill equipment
- Ensure proper food handling and storage procedures are followed
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work area, including equipment and utensils
- Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient food production
- Assist with food preparation and plating as needed
- Adhere to all safety and health regulations
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a grill cook or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Ability to handle multiple orders and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Skills:
- Experience in catering or restaurant industry is a plus
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Culinary training or certification is preferred but not required
- Ability to assist with bussing tables or banquet setup when needed
