What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Case Manager - Fully Remote position at Restaurant Technologies?
We are looking for a dynamic Project Case Manager to support our National Accounts, our biggest customers! If you're someone with a passion for making things happen while managing the installation of our equipment into our customer sites, then keep reading! In this role, you will create engaging presentations to present to our customers.
This role is fully remote but should be located close to one of our depots within the US. Go to to review our 41 locations.
What you will do:
- Create PowerPoint decks and professional present the timeline and installation process to our customers.
- Regular communication with customers to schedule appointments for install work through each stage of progress toward completion.
- Ensure a smooth and trouble-free installation experience for the customer.
- Provide timely updates of status, notes, conflicts, and other information relative to each site through Salesforce chatter, next steps, site notes, etc.
- As part of the installation plan, you will work with depot leaders to resolve conflicts where labor supply availability does not meet the demand from the customer. Including, resolving installation scheduling conflicts (anything blocking progress toward installation) with other departments as needed.
- Effectively communicate issues of significant delay to Ops and Commercial leadership
Required Experience:
- Excellent communication skills both internally and externally
- High level of organizational skills, you must be able to manage multiple installs concurrently.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Conflict resolution skills, able to work independently to remove barriers to install progress.
- Strong communicator (both through email, phone communication, conference calls and occasional face to face interactions)
- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills and knowledge.
- You have worked directly with customers and managed projects efficiently and professionally.
- Travel: minimal - some travel to depots when needed

- Salesforce would be extremely beneficial.
