Position Overview:
The Director of Operations will be responsible for managing daily operations across multiple locations, ensuring that all restaurants meet or exceed company standards in food quality, guest service, cleanliness, and profitability. This role requires strong leadership, team development skills, and a data-driven mindset to drive KPIs and long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operations of multiple fast food restaurant locations in the Dallas area
- Set and monitor performance goals for General Managers and store teams
- Ensure adherence to brand standards, food safety, and regulatory compliance
- Drive operational efficiencies to improve P&L performance, labor management, and cost control
- Lead hiring, training, and development initiatives for management-level staff
- Conduct regular site visits and operational audits
- Analyze operational data and guest feedback to guide improvements
- Develop and execute strategies for sales growth, customer retention, and operational consistency
- Collaborate with marketing, HR, and supply chain teams to support restaurant operations
- Lead new store openings and ensure seamless integration into the operating structure
Qualifications:
- 5 years of multi-unit operations leadership, preferably in fast food or quick-service restaurants (QSR)
- Proven track record of improving store performance and team development
- Strong understanding of P&L management, cost control, and labor optimization
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills
- Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Ability to travel regularly to store locations throughout the Dallas region
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred
