We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Operations to oversee five locations in Montana. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring financial success, and leading teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences. The ideal candidate has a strong background in multi-unit management, financial oversight, and leadership development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operational and financial performance of five locations.
- Manage P&L performance, conduct periodic financial reviews, and implement strategies to improve profitability.
- Develop and execute operational plans to enhance efficiency, customer service, and overall business success.
- Lead, mentor, and develop management teams to drive performance and uphold company standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and health & safety standards.
- Collaborate with leadership to set goals, monitor KPIs, and identify areas for growth and improvement.
- Drive a positive work culture, employee engagement, and retention strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in multi-unit operations, preferably in the restaurant - Pizza experience.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management and budget oversight.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement effective business strategies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel between locations as needed.
