Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership: Oversee multiple fast food locations, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to company standards, with a focus on efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of restaurant managers, driving performance, fostering a positive work culture, and promoting staff development.
- Financial Oversight: Monitor KPIs, P&L, and cost control measures. Develop strategies to boost sales, reduce costs, and maximize profitability.
- Customer Experience: Implement training programs, manage customer feedback, and ensure exceptional service at all locations.
- Staff Training & Development: Conduct performance reviews, ensure proper training, and foster career growth for employees.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to food safety, health, and sanitation regulations across all locations.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to implement strategies for growth, operational improvements, and market expansion.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of multi-unit operations management experience, particularly in fast food or quick-service restaurants (QSR).
- Strong knowledge of P&L, budgeting, and financial management within a restaurant setting.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and build high-performing teams.
- Ability to drive operational excellence, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with restaurant management systems, food safety standards, and labor management.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with all levels of the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field (preferred).
