Director of People and Culture

We are looking for an exemplary Director of People and Culture. This leadership role will focus on fostering positive communication and building a strong, unified culture across all of our brands. We need a candidate who is passionate about people and culture, with an emphasis on clear communication within the field teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary communicator between field operations and corporate teams, ensuring alignment and transparency.
• Foster and maintain a positive, inclusive, and engaging culture across all brands.
• Develop and implement strategies that promote employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
• Actively partner with HR to support initiatives that prioritize the well-being of our teams and reinforce our culture.
• Collaborate with leadership to address challenges and opportunities that impact company culture.
• Travel 10-15% to engage with teams across locations and strengthen communication efforts.

Qualifications:

• Strong focus on culture-building and people-first leadership.
• Some Human Resources acumen preferred
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with employees at all levels.
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to lead and inspire teams.
• Ability to travel 10-15% for field engagement.
