The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on leadership across both restaurant locations
- Coach, develop and elevate performance of existing management teams
- Implement efficient scheduling and staffing solutions to prevent overtime and burnout
- Spearhead growth of our catering business, with special focus on the untapped breakfast market
- Oversee a complete restaurant remodel, including POS system upgrade
- Drive revenue growth while optimizing operational efficiency
- Create systems and processes that position our business for long-term success
What You'll Need
- Proven multi-unit restaurant management experience, preferably in fast-casual concepts
- Strong leadership abilities with a talent for developing teams and building bench strength
- Hands-on operational knowledge of counter-service restaurant models
- Experience growing catering revenue streams
- Ability to move regularly between locations while maintaining strong oversight

Compensation & Benefits
