As we expand our footprint in Chicago we are looking for a dynamic Multi-Unit Manager to join our team and oversee operations across 10 sites.

The Role:

You will play a crucial role in driving our growth and ensuring operational excellence. You will be responsible for leading and developing a strong team, implementing effective strategies, and maintaining high standards of service across multiple locations. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of 10 car wash sites in Chicago and Central Illinois
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction
• Foster a positive work culture and lead by example
• Recruit, train, and mentor site managers and staff
• Monitor performance metrics and ensure accountability
• Address operational challenges and implement solutions
• Collaborate with senior management to achieve business goals

Requirements:

• Previous multi-unit management experience in the car wash industry
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Straight shooter with excellent communication abilities
• Go-getter with a proactive and results-driven mindset
• High level of accountability and ownership
