Position Overview :
The Director of Operations will be responsible for managing and optimizing daily operations, ensuring operational excellence, maintaining top-tier service standards, and upholding the high-quality dining experience that our brand is known for. This role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in upscale restaurant management and the ability to drive profitability while maintaining operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest service, food quality, and cleanliness.
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of restaurant managers and staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Manage all front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring smooth coordination between the kitchen and service teams.
- Maintain and enforce restaurant policies and procedures, including health and safety standards, to ensure compliance and a safe working environment.
- Implement cost control measures, monitor budgets, and drive operational efficiency to ensure profitability.
- Develop and execute staff training programs to enhance service standards and operational knowledge.
- Collaborate with executive chefs and the culinary team to ensure consistent menu quality and innovation.
- Establish and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure inventory management, food cost control, and high-quality product sourcing.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying opportunities for cost savings and operational improvements.
- Oversee and ensure the successful execution of special events, private dining, and catering operations.
- Engage with guests to solicit feedback, resolve issues, and ensure a memorable dining experience.
