This is a newly created leadership role designed to support a restructuring, reporting directly to ownership and working closely with the GM. The focus is on staff development, training systems, team morale, and scheduling, not day-to-day ops.
Key Priorities:
- Full-cycle recruiting and onboarding
- Scheduling (Homebase platform) and labor planning
- Training systems, team development, and morale
- Objectivity and fairness in staffing decisions
- Seasonal hiring strategy (preparing during slow periods)
- Floor presence, guest interaction, and section management
- Performance reviews, raises, and PIPs
Ideal Background:
- 3 years in hospitality or team development leadership
- Experience in seasonal or high-traffic environments
- Strong emotional intelligence and organizational skills
- Background in HR/staffing a big plus
- Strategic thinker who thrives in growing environments
Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
