About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our Mid Market Sales team at Restaurant365. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth through the sale of our innovative restaurant management solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Pipeline Generation: Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager and Sales Development team to identify and target new accounts, leveraging industry trends and market insights to drive growth.
- Revenue Attainment: Consistently achieve quota by closing deals that add significant value to our clients, focusing on the return on investment for our solutions and addressing pain points.
- Value Selling: Develop a deep understanding of the R365 platform to effectively present and position it to prospective clients, highlighting its unique features and benefits.
- Sales Cycle Management: Own the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring seamless transitions to implementation and fostering strong relationships with clients and vendor partners.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven success in Account Management/Sales, with a preference for software sales and a strong understanding of the restaurant industry.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM, with a focus on data-driven decision making and sales process optimization.
- Communication: Strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate the value of our solutions to clients.
- Sales Process: Ability to adopt and follow a structured sales process, with a focus on relationship building and value selling.
