- Negotiate terms and close sales deals while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on progress.
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for increasing market share and improving sales processes.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a related industry.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with telemarketing techniques and inside sales strategies.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
