This position offers hybrid flexibility, allowing a balance of weekly in-office and remote work based on business needs.
What You’ll Do :
As the Benefits and Payroll Administrator, your focus will be to :
- Manage and become our subject matter expert of our HRIS (ADP Workforce Now), ensuring accurate domestic and international employee records and multi-state payroll inputs.
- Coordinate bi-weekly payroll processing in partnership with Finance, ensuring timely and precise execution.
- Administer key employee benefit programs and events , including benefits enrollments, life events, leaves of absence programs, tuition assistance, and childcare reimbursement.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits and payroll inquiries , offering clear, responsive, and professional employee support.
- Manage benefit-related processes, including invoice reconciliation, claims reporting, and supporting internal and external audits. Ensure accuracy and the timely submission of reports.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits and payroll inquiries, offering clear communication.
- Serve as the backup receptionist at Restek’s Global Headquarters , greeting visitors, conducting screening procedures, and issuing security badges.
