Planner/Scheduler

As a Planner / Scheduler, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations by analyzing product demand, setting optimal inventory levels, and creating production schedules that maximize efficiency while minimizing costs. You'll also be responsible for maintaining and improving our ERP system, making data-driven decisions that impact the entire supply chain.

What You’ll Do :

• Develop and manage production schedules by analyzing demand, inventory levels, lead times, and capacity to optimize output and reduce costs.
• Utilize our ERP system to track product demand trends, manage inventory, and set appropriate reorder levels to balance availability and cost-effectiveness.
• Address component shortages and collaborate with stakeholders to adjust production schedules and customer commitments as needed.
• Handle customer revisions, order date validations, and expedite requests to ensure timely deliveries.
• Oversee the new item approval process in the ERP system and ensure item master data is accurate and up to date.
• Participate in process improvement projects to enhance planning efficiency and ERP system functionality.
• Support the Master Scheduler and Senior Master Scheduler with data entry and analysis.
• Foster strong communication with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Take on additional supply chain-related projects and responsibilities as needed.
