Key Responsibilities :
- Mentor and empower a team of Directors of Product Management by fostering an inclusive, collaborative environment, removing roadblocks, and ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Lead the execution of Product Line Strategies (PLS), ensuring consistency, innovation, and accessibility across product lines to serve a broad range of customers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, sales, and finance, bringing together different perspectives to create impactful products that meet a variety of needs.
- Leverage market insights, customer feedback, and data to inform product decisions, ensuring solutions are inclusive, user-focused, and reflective of market demands.
- Assess business cases, monitor product performance, and ensure financial viability and ROI, considering long-term value and broad market appeal.
- Establish KPIs, drive data-driven decision-making, and continuously refine processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and equitable outcomes.
