Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented highly organized Office Assistant/ Assistant Bookkeeper to join our busy construction company. The ideal candidate will assist the Office Manager and Accounting Manager in daily tasks. They will also possess strong clerical skills, data entry skills, and excellent phone etiquette.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Office Manager with clerical duties including data entry, and document management.
- Assist the Accounting Manager in maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers.
- Process invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely manner.
- Answering phones.
- Support the Office Manager and Accounting Manager with various administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in clerical & accounting is preferred.
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills are essential.
- Proficient in Quick Books, Outlook, Excel, MS Office.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
