The Surgical Specialty Team Manager is responsible for managing tactical activities in the operating room. These include but are not limited to the supplies, equipment and staff used to support their Surgical Specialties. They are responsible for ensuring team members are clinically competent to support their services on all shifts. Actively participate in activities focused on daily as well as projected resource allocation. Provide guidance to supply chain for changes to supply and equipment demand of service. He/she is responsible for identifying the need for, implementing and complying with all unit, hospital and applicable regulatory standards.

- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- Registered Nurse
- Associate Degree
- Two years of recent Operating Room experience required
- Leadership as well as management skills preferred.
