Job Description
RestoPros of Greater Orlando is seeking a motivated and energetic Business Development Representative to drive growth in our water, mold, and fire damage restoration services. This role is ideal for go-getters eager to break into sales and business development with a supportive team and a clear path for advancement.
No prior industry experience? No problem! We provide hands-on training to help you succeed. If you’re a people person with strong communication skills and a desire to learn and grow in sales, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
Learn and Develop Sales Skills – We’ll train you in industry-specific knowledge and proven sales strategies.
Identify and Pursue New Clients – Connect with plumbers, property managers, insurance professionals, and business owners who can benefit from our services.
Build Relationships – Establish and maintain strong client connections to foster long-term partnerships.
Generate Revenue – Work towards sales targets with uncapped commission potential .
Networking & Community Engagement – Attend local events, trade shows, and meetings to expand business opportunities.
Collaborate with Our Team – Work alongside marketing, operations, and leadership to develop winning sales strategies.
Qualifications
Eager to learn – No prior sales or restoration experience required. We provide training!
Strong communication and interpersonal skills – If you’re outgoing and enjoy connecting with people, this role is for you.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented – You thrive on hitting targets and seeing results.
Valid driver’s license and reliable car– Must be able to travel locally to meet clients and attend events. In time, we'll provide a company car!
Tech-savvy or willing to learn – We use CRM tools and other business software (training provided).
