Job Summary: Are you an experienced leader in the restoration industry looking to advance your career? RestoPros of Tulsa is seeking a Mitigation Manager to lead our team of professionals. In this role, you will oversee mitigation projects, manage a dedicated team, and drive operational excellence, with ample opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
· Perform water, fire, mold, and smoke mitigation services in accordance with industry specifications, including inspections and consultations with homeowners and business owners.
· Serve as the frontline responder for our company, inspecting sites, presenting solutions, and conducting restoration activities.
· Lead and manage a team of mitigation professionals, helpers, and contractors, ensuring high standards in quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
· Use Xactimate software to create proposals and write estimates.
· Prepare job contracts, oversee and write estimates, and negotiate insurance claim settlements.
· Act as the primary point of contact for customers and insurance agents throughout projects.
· Ensure projects are completed within established time frames and to customer satisfaction.
· Maintain service vehicles and ensure all company equipment is well-maintained and cleaned.
· Assist in warehousing and facility-related tasks when necessary, including tracking supply inventory to ensure operational readiness and efficiency.
· Be accessible by phone and participate in after-hours emergencies and the on-call schedule.
· Schedule crews and manage multiple projects effectively.
Qualifications:
· 4-5 years of experience in the cleaning/restoration industry.
· Experience in water and mold mitigation required; experience in fire and odor mitigation preferred.
· Supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
· Proficiency in Xactimate software.
· Strong multitasking and organizational skills, with the ability to react quickly to situations.
· Experience with insurance claims and speaking directly with homeowners and adjusters.
· Strong customer service focus with effective communication skills.
· Project management experience with multiple jobs.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Certifications:
· IICRC certifications in Water Restoration, Fire Restoration, and Mold Remediation are required.
Skills:
· Strong oral and written communication skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and restoration software (e.g., Xactimate).
· Excellent organizational and planning skills to manage multiple projects and priorities.
Physical Requirements:
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various job site environments.
Pay & Benefits:
· This position offers a base salary with a bonus structure.
