Requirements
Lead and manage restoration crews in water, fire, and mold mitigation projects
- Ensure top-quality work while providing outstanding customer service
- Communicate effectively with homeowners, adjusters, and project managers
- Maintain and operate industry-specific equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, extractors, etc.)
- Document job progress and ensure all work meets company and industry standards
