Responsibilities and Duties:
- Coordinating, monitoring, and performing work activities on projects to fulfill service needs and facilitate a positive client experience successfully.
- Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control.
- Manage the client experience and overall customer satisfaction, which are tracked with online reviews.
- Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities.
- Document a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided.
- Manage labor and consumable item usage on assigned projects.
- Communicate with Operations Manager on project progress and issues.
- Ability to manage multiple projects.
- Maintain professional decorum and appearance at all times.
- Communicate and follow all OSHA guidelines for job safety.
- Manage assets by protecting and using equipment and materials properly.
- Coach and train restoration technicians.
- Hands-on supervision of water damage restoration, cleaning, and mitigation services.
- Participation in after-hours emergency call rotation.
Qualifications:
- You must have industry experience in water, fire, mold, mitigation projects.
- Minimum 5 years experience in mitigation.
- Minimum 2 years in project management.
- Xactimate knowledge is a plus!
