Job Summary
The Restoration Technician is responsible for working as part of a team to perform emergency service work while adhering to company policies and procedures for remediation. The individual will also comply with EPA, OSHA, and local safety and hazardous materials handling requirements. Additional qualifications and responsibilities might arise as deemed necessary by circumstances.
The individual must be available for emergency response work. Although most of our work is scheduled during normal business hours, this position requires frequent overtime, occasional weekends, and rotating "On-Call" availability. Other requirements include a professional appearance, a positive attitude, and excellent communication and organizational skills. Applicants should possess a strong work ethic and work well in a team environment. Previous restoration experience is a plus but not required, as training will be provided.

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid Driver’s License
- Reliable transportation to the main office
- Must pass a background check
- Must pass a drug test
- Previous restoration experience is a plus
Schedule:
- Full-timeStandard hours: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM (shift times may vary depending on workload)
- Rotating on-call schedule for nights, weekends, and holidays (double time for major holidays)
- Overtime paid after 40 hours
Pay:
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour, based on experience
Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies:
- Ability to communicate with customers in a professional and personable manner to deliver a 5-star customer service experience.
- Ability to maintain an organized, safe and efficient job site.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with team member assistance.
- Ability to climb ladders/ scaffolding, work at ceiling heights, work in tight/ confined spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics).
- Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects.
- Ability to work with/around cleaning agents.
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools correctly.
- Ability to think on your feet and solve problems while on the jobsite.
- Ability to review/ execute scopes of work for the jobsite.
- Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and inventoried work vehicle always.
