Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities.
- Interpret and work from schematics to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders and maintenance schedules.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally.
- Conduct welding tasks as needed for repairs or installations.
- Assist with residential painting projects as required.
- Lead small teams during maintenance projects, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, tools, and equipment.
Experience
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to diagnose and repair various systems.
- Familiarity with CMMS software is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Leadership experience is beneficial for managing small teams during projects.
- Previous experience in customer service roles will enhance interactions with clients.
- Knowledge of welding techniques is desirable but not mandatory.
- Experience in residential painting is an advantage.

Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
